GEOS Laboratories is a testing laboratory specializing in the quality control of construction materials. Concrete testing is one of our core activities.
With the increasing use of alternative binders, recycled aggregates and circular concrete, the construction industry is rapidly evolving. Contractors and producers need reliable laboratories to validate new mix designs and bring them to the market in a controlled and compliant way. To support this growing demand, GEOS is looking for a Concrete Project Engineer.

- Following up projects throughout the entire testing process.
- Acting as the main contact person for customers during the project.
- Discussing intermediate results with clients and adjusting the program if needed.
- Ensuring that testing deadlines and commitments are respected.
- Preparing clear, structured and reliable project reports.
- Coordinating internally with laboratory technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
The objective is not research, but to help our clients validate new materials and bring them safely and efficiently to the market.
Who are we looking for?
- Master in Engineering, Construction, Materials Science, or similar.
- Strong interest in concrete technology and construction materials.
- Able to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Communicative and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Structured, reliable and committed to respecting deadlines and agreements.
- Experience with laboratory testing or construction materials is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LIMS systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of French and English is a must.
What do we offer?
- A key technical role in a leading European construction materials laboratory.
- Work on concrete technologies that are shaping the future of construction.
- A dynamic and professional environment with room for initiative.
- Competitive salary package depending on experience.
